Obrada radilice

U okviru našeg mašinskog parka posedujemo mašine proizvođača Berco i AZ, pomoću kojih obrađujemo radilice do 3.5m radne dužine.

Šta je radilica motora i koja je njena uloga?

Radilica (kolenasto vratilo) je okretajuća osovina koja pretvara pravolinijsko kretanje klipova u kružno kretanje i prenosi njihovu snagu na prenosni sistem (menjač). Klipovi su povezani sa radilicom putem klipnjača, a sama radilica se ugrađuje u blok motora.

Kako dolazi do havarije i kako se ona rešava?

S obzirom da radilica predstavlja takoreći “kičmu” svakog motora, bilo koji vid njene havarije može imati ozbiljne posledice po motor. Havarije radilice uglavnom nastaju kao posledica lošeg podmazivanja motora, ali i kao posledica rada pri jako visokim temperaturama motora. U zavisnosti od stepena oštećenjenja, radilica može biti obrađena na ‘specijalu’. To konkretno znači da se putem procesa brušenja skida oštečeni sloj rukavaca radilice, a taj isti sloj se nadomešćuje ugradnjom adekvatnih pojačanih ležajeva.

Kako sve to izgleda u praksi?

WORK ORDER CREATION In order to speed up the process of finding adequate spare parts, we advise you to prepare the engine number of your car. It can be found in your vehicle's license card. (Only for Serbian clients). FIRST WASH In order to give an accurate reviwew, the process of cleaning the crankshaft is the starting point. The crankshaft is washed in special machines in order to remove the rust and deposits of crusty oil. REVIEW After the crankshaft is thoroughly washed, it is ready for precise measurement. During the review, the degree of damage to the sleeves, its potential curvature, as well as whether there are other damages on the crankshaft itself, are determined. MAIN AND ROD JOURNAL GRINDING Based on the degree of damage, the crankshaft is processed to the manufacturer's catalogue measure. In the case of certain crankshafts, it is advisable to process the journals according to the bearings themselves, which will be installed when assembling the engine. MEASUREMENT CONTROL After the crankshaft is grinded, the measures and their tolerances are checked. All measurements are performed on measuring tools of the renowned Japanese brand Mitutoyo. PACKAGING In order to prevent foreign materials from entering the spaces of the oil channels, the crankshaft is lubricated after processing and preserved in our protective packaging. Inside the package, you can also find our warranty card/measuring sheet with the exact machining measures.
